  • Clogging: an advanced type of tap dancing for all ages.

  • Grappling/Boxing: a combination of discipline and martial arts techniques that are practiced both as combat sports and for self-defense.

  • Karate: a developed form of indigenous fighting consisting of striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes, and open-handed techniques.
