We’re Back!!!

The Dalton Community Center had its Grand Opening Monday January 16, 2012.  Over 500 people came out to help us celebrate this momentous occasion.  The celebration started at noon with a ceremony that included speakers Bishop Stephen Thomas, Rev. Charles McAfee, Mayor David Pennington, Lanny Cooper, Tommy Pinson and the Recreation Director Steve Card.  The 500 friends that came to celebrate were furnished with hot dogs, chips and a drink.  The festivities lasted about three hours with a carnival in the gymnasium with the bouncing castle and blow up slide.  Thanks to all that came out.
